This Privacy Policy explains how the publisher of Jumping Spikes (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the Jumping Spikes mobile application (the “App”) on iPhone or iPad.

We do not sell, rent, or trade information about you. We could not even if we wanted to — we never see it.
The App stores the following on your iPhone or iPad using Apple’s standard UserDefaults system:
This information stays on your device. It is not transmitted to us. Deleting the App from your device deletes this information.
The App is supported by a single banner advertisement at the bottom of the screen. Banner ads are served by Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC.
The App does not request the App Tracking Transparency permission and therefore does not read your iOS Advertising Identifier (IDFA). As a result, Google AdMob serves only non-personalized (contextual) ads — ads chosen based on the kind of app you are using rather than on a profile of you.
To deliver, measure, and prevent fraud on these ads, Google AdMob may automatically receive:
Google may use this information to serve and measure ads and to prevent ad fraud. Some of this data may be shared with Google’s ad-buying partners.

We do not have access to the data Google AdMob collects from your device.
To enable Apple’s privacy-preserving ad attribution system, the App’s Info.plist includes a list of SKAdNetworkItems. Apple’s SKAdNetwork lets ad networks see whether an ad they served eventually led to an install, without identifying you personally — Apple acts as the trusted intermediary. We do not receive your identity through SKAdNetwork.

We do not collect personal information, so there is nothing for us to “use”.
The information described in Sections 4 and 5 is used by Google AdMob and Apple solely to deliver, measure, and bill for the ads shown in the App, and to prevent fraud and abuse of those ad systems.
We do not share any information about you, because we do not collect any.

Jumping Spikes is rated 4+ on the App Store, meaning it contains no content unsuitable for children. However, the App is not specifically directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The App does not include accounts, chat, social features, or any way for a user to provide personal information to us. The only outbound data flow is banner advertising via Google AdMob, configured with Google’s standard defaults.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and you believe your child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with Google AdMob to ensure that information is removed from any advertising profile, where possible.

The legal basis for any processing carried out by Google AdMob is Google’s own legitimate interest in serving non-personalized ads, or your consent (where required by local law and obtained via a Google consent dialog).

We do not sell your personal information. The App does not enable cross-app or cross-website tracking — Google AdMob serves only non-personalized contextual ads as described in Section 4. To further restrict ad personalization at the Google account level, use Google’s Ad Settings link in Section 4.

If your local law gives you rights similar to GDPR or CCPA (e.g. Brazil’s LGPD, Canada’s PIPEDA, Australia’s Privacy Act), the same contact applies and we will respond in accordance with that law.
We do not store personal information on our infrastructure, so there is no server-side data for us to secure. The App uses Apple’s standard system APIs and does not transmit any personal information of its own to any third party.
Communications between the App and Google AdMob are encrypted using HTTPS by the AdMob SDK.
Google AdMob operates globally and may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the App you understand that this transfer may occur. Google relies on its own legal mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to safeguard such transfers — see Google’s privacy policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in the App. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of the policy and, for material changes, may also note the change in the App’s “What’s New” release notes.
